We offer one nights B&B for twin/double for £40.00 per person (£80 per room) 

Special Single room rate for 2 or more nights of £45.00 per person per night, including breakfast.
We offer a one nights single B&B for £45.00

Until July 31st 2012 we are offering a discount rate for direct bookings, we cannot offer this discount for bookings made through online bookings system or through any other agency. Subject to room availability the offer is available by contacting us direct prior to arrival, we will confirm the price and the room availability.
